The contract between Software Engineering Muendane GmbH and the user of the hakela software or hakela business software can be revoked within 14 days. The revocation takes place via the deletion of the hakela or hakela business software from the mobile device of the user. The goods bought trough hakela software or sold trough hakela business software will not be refunded upon revocation by Software Engineering Muendane GmbH, as the purchase contract for these goods are solely applied between the buyer (referred to in the terms and conditions as a user) and seller (in the terms and conditions as a trader has been closed).
